What type of metal ear hooks do you use?

We use 925 sterling silver hooks or 14k gold plated hooks.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds. In most cases, each pair of earrings is made to order just for you.
Please make sure the earrings you purchase are a 100% YES! If, for some reason, you are completely unsatisfied
with your earrings, please email us directly and we can make exceptions for your individual circumstance.
*Shipping costs will be covered by the customer for an exchange unless an error was made on my end.*

Shipping:

All earrings are shipped Priority Mail through USPS.
Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going. Tracking and insurance are included.

Production Time:

The creation and shipping process typically takes 1-4 weeks, depending on: if the earrings are already made and ready to ship,
how many orders are being fulfilled, and where you live.
